In addition to marking a milestone product launch, these new watches became available shortly after Apple’s announcement that it would be introducing greater compatibility efforts to make its devices more accessible for people living with disabilities across all aspects of life-not just digital or physical interactions. In other words, people who are visually impaired will now be able to activate Siri and Google Assistant via voice commands if they update their existing watches to include built-in cellular models
